(一)涂層質量不符合要求

目前鋼結構(工程結構)公司(包括制作、安裝公司)對鋼結構防腐涂面漆的施涂程序(procedure)尚未統(tǒng)一,有的制作單位將底漆、面漆在發(fā)運前,均全部施涂完畢,由于吊裝、運輸過程將大部分面漆損壞,在安裝現(xiàn)場還得重新修補面漆、造成面漆接茬的質量、色調與漆不同,浪費工時和漆料;有的制作單位將底漆施涂完成發(fā)運安裝現(xiàn)場,但安裝單位將面漆在構件全部固定安裝后在高空施涂,導致面漆的施涂質量較差,不但不起防腐作用,也不安全,并浪費了大量工時,材料和增加了工程費用。
